Who is To Equip His People?

To Equip His People utilizes the curriculum of the Trauma Healing Institute published by The American Bible Society. This curriculum is currently being used successfully being used in over 100 countries and available in 150 different languages.

We facilitate this Bible-based curriculum in a safe environment in small groups. Some topics covered include How Heart Wounds Can Be Healed, Grieving, Forgiveness, and How to Take Your Pain to the Cross.

We partner with The American Bible Society and the Trauma Healing Institute to equip churches and ministries by training and mentoring Trauma Healing Group Facilitators to serve in the local church and community.

American Bible Society

American Bible Society's Bible-based Trauma Healing program helps people explore their heart wounds and heal from the pain of trauma. This effective ministry approach uses the book, “Healing the Wounds of Trauma: How the Church Can Help,” and is facilitated by trained facilitators in a small group setting.

In these Healing Groups, participants engage with one another and God, using material that blends proven mental health best practices with God’s Word.
