Community Practice Meeting is a hub for Trauma Healing Facilitators for networking, collaboration, facilitation development, encouragement, and prayer as we build momentum for trauma healing locally, nationally, and globally.

Beginning August 25, join Strength from Weakness, a weekly opportunity for Trauma Healing facilitators to deepen their understanding of the material and gain additional experience.
Each week, you may have an opportunity to :
Both options provide opportunities to learn, grow, and strengthen your skills as a Trauma Healing facilitator.
Weekly attendance is encouraged so you can fully engage in the learning, discussion, and practice. Your presence also strengthens the experience for the group.
We understand that occasional absences happen. If you miss a session, you can rejoin us the following week. Each lesson stands on its own.

Training Facilitator Orientation: How to Lead an Initial Equipping
Join us for an exciting online event beginning on September 6th.
This orientation is designed for:
Training Facilitators with little or no experience in actually facilitating an Initial Equipping.
OR
Healing Group Facilitators who are considering pursuing the path to becoming a Training Facilitator. Although this seminar will not be giving facilitator certifications, it could be a helpful step in your journey to becoming a Training Facilitator should this fit your callings or capacities.
During this interactive session, we will cover essential skills and techniques necessary to effectively guide and engage participants in an Initial Equipping. Our experienced trainers will provide you with valuable insights and practical tips to maximize learning and create safe and inclusive environment.
Whether you are a seasoned facilitator or new to the role, this orientation is designed to provide practice and hands-on interaction with the Initial Equipping curriculum.

This approximately 12-hour seminar (plus breaks and lunch time) will give opportunities to practice and learn more about facilitating an Initial Equipping. The expectation is for the participants to attend the entire Orientation.
